Digital Products — No Refund Policy

All products sold on our Platform are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods — including test series, course access, notes, and PDF materials. Once an order is confirmed and access to the product is granted, we do not issue refunds.

This policy is in place because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

When Can You Contact Us for Support?

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring you receive what you paid for. Please reach out to us if you experience any of the following:

  • You did not receive access to the course or test series after a successful payment
  • The course content is not loading or is inaccessible through your account
  • You were charged multiple times for the same order
  • You used an access code and the course was not added to your account
  • Any other technical issue preventing access to a purchased product

In all such cases, our support team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

What We Do Not Cover

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with the course content after accessing it
  • Failure to use the product within the validity period
  • Purchases made by mistake (wrong course, wrong plan)
  • Internet or device-related issues on the user's end

We strongly recommend reviewing the course details, sample content, and syllabus coverage before making a purchase.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases — such as a duplicate charge or a payment processed after a technical failure — we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Any decision to offer a credit, partial refund, or alternative resolution will be at the sole discretion of ReadingRoomz.

How to Raise a Concern

To raise any payment or access-related concern, please email us with the following details:

  • Order ID or payment reference number
  • Name of the course or test series purchased
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Screenshot of the payment confirmation (if available)
